Senior living is one of our core specialisations. Since 2019, we have designed care homes for older people, Alzheimer’s care centres and follow-up and long-term intensive care facilities (NIP/DIOP). We work with leading private and public operators, including SeneCura, Penta Hospitals and the Vysočina Region. Every project addresses both the quality of the architecture and the practical demands of running the facility.

Investors need to know how many staff each floor requires, how clean and dirty circulation routes are separated, and how a bed can be moved into a bathroom. These details can determine whether a commissioned design is financially viable and gets built.
