This website uses no cookies and no visitor analytics. We process personal data only when you contact us, and only to the extent needed to reply.

If you contact us about a specific engagement of ONN architects s.r.o. (Company ID 19460341) or ONN development s. r. o. (Company ID 22387633), that company is the controller of your data. The address and contact details are the same.

When you email or call us
We process the details you give us: name, email, phone number, company and the content of your message. We need them to reply and to discuss a possible collaboration.
The legal basis is taking steps at your request before entering into a contract and our legitimate interest in answering enquiries (Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR).
We keep the data while we handle your enquiry and for no more than three years after our last exchange. If a contract follows, we keep it for as long as the law requires.
When you visit the website
Our hosting provider automatically logs technical data about each request: IP address, date and time, the page requested and the browser type. This keeps the website running and secure, based on legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). We do not use it to identify visitors or for marketing.
Cookies and third-party content
The website uses no cookies or similar technologies and does not track how you use it. Fonts, scripts, images and videos are served from our own server, so no data is passed to other companies during your visit. The LinkedIn link leads to an external website governed by its operator’s policy.
Who has access to the data
The website is hosted by Netlify, Inc. (USA). Transfers to the USA rely on the EU–US Data Privacy Framework, under which Netlify is certified. Emails are handled by our email service provider, which processes the data only on our behalf. We do not sell data or share it for marketing.
Your rights
You have the right to access, correct or erase your data, to restrict its processing and to data portability. You may object to processing based on legitimate interest. Just write to info@onn.cz. We will reply without undue delay and within one month at the latest.
If you believe we process your data unlawfully, you can lodge a complaint with the Czech Office for Personal Data Protection (Úřad pro ochranu osobních údajů), Pplk. Sochora 27, 170 00 Prague 7, uoou.gov.cz.
